Weight Loss Coaching

My extensive training in nutrition and fitness can help to set you on the right path to long term sustainable weight loss, whilst regular meetings keep you accountable. I am a certified FIT CHICKS Academy® Holistic Nutrition Weight Loss Coach.
Life Coaching
Are you feeling your life lacks direction? Do you need some support to reach your goals, or perhaps a helping hand in deciding what those goals are? Life coaching can help you to get things on track and provide you with the tools to achieve what you want out of life. I combine several different modalities, including traditional coaching, NLP and EFT, to help you realise your full potential and be the best version of yourself that you can possibly be. I am a Transformation Academy Certified Master Life Coach.
Holistic Healing
Are you looking for a more holistic approach to your wellbeing? Do you want to take control of your wellness journey? I have extensive knowledge of nutrition, fitness, herbalism and many complementary therapies, which I can combine to create a personalised plan to support you on your journey to find inner balance and harmony. I love exploring different modalities of healing, so I'm always expanding my repertoire.

That's fine! Book an initial coaching session so we can talk through your goals, and let's go from there! Once you sign up as a member, you can choose to book 1, 2 or 3 coaching sessions per month according to what suits your lifestyle. This gives you the freedom to decide how many coaching sessions you need, and how often.

Online Coaching
All my coaching sessions are done online, using video conferencing software, which means that you can sign up wherever you are in the world and have the benefit of coaching from the comfort of your own home. This means no time wasted in travelling and enables me to keep my coaching affordable. Being able to book online gives you maximum flexibility to allow coaching to fit around your lifestyle.
Meeting Your Needs
I like to put the client in control when it comes to my coaching. You can choose whether you prefer a 30-minute session, 1 hour or a longer session to dive deep into your life goals. I will work with you to create a coaching plan that suits you and your aims, whether that's a structured programme or something more flexible. You'll be provided with a written copy of our agreed aims, and weekly tasks designed to keep you on track towards meeting your goals and becoming the best person you can be.
