    I understand skin issues. I've been there myself. From eczema as a child, to breakouts as a teenager, to psoriasis, rosacea and urticaria as an adult, I've personally dealt with many skin issues that ranged from annoying to downright debilitating (it's hard to concentrate on anything when your skin is itching so much you want to scream). I know how exhausting, embarrassing and painful chronic skin issues can be.
    I tried it all: steroid creams, antihistamines, expensive skincare. Nothing worked long-term. Now, don't get me wrong, I love natural skincare. I'm a trained cosmetic formulator and have my own natural skincare line, but it can only do so much. It certainly can't heal systemic skin problems because it only acts on the very outer layer of skin.
    It wasn’t until I combined my training in herbalism, nutrition and cosmetic formulation that I discovered the real secret: healing your skin starts from within.
    Now I help other women do the same. And I know these methods work, because I’ve lived them.

    P.S. I just had to add that I've had a few people lately tell me that I can't understand mid-life skin issues because I'm too young to have experienced them. Leaving aside the fact that direct experience is not always necessary for understanding, the hilarious irony of this complaint is not lost on me. So, whilst a lady should not tell her age, I would like to clarify that I am about to turn 40, and if you find that unlikely: good, you've just proven my rejuvenation strategies work!
