- Addiction - are cigarettes, alcohol or other substances sabotaging your wellbeing?
- Mental wellbeing - how are you managing stress or mindset issues?
- Emotional wellbeing - are you repressing emotions, dealing with past trauma or lack of forgiveness?
- Spiritual wellbeing - are you feeling disconnected or that your life lacks purpose?
- Environmental - is your environment overloaded with toxins or are you a digital junkie?
- Social wellness - how are your relationships and social interactions?
- Financial wellbeing - are money worries causing you sleepless nights?
- Occupational wellness - does your career light you up or feel like a chore?

In order to truly feel at your best, you have to address all areas of wellness. The trouble is that this be so overwhelming, it actually increases stress! It's so easy to throw yourself into trying to overhaul your entire life, only to burn out after a week and slip back into old habits because it feels too much to maintain.
